That drone of a ball he sent to Suarez towards the end of that video against Sunderland was absolutely sensational. Just see the moment he spots Suarez and then dips his head and sends it off. Two players in complete tandem with each other - all of their senses tuned in with each other even though they are 70-80 yards apart. Phenomenal!

Streaming links for new documentary "Make Us Dream" about Steven Gerrard

      http://www.dailytvfix.com/watchm/make-us-dream-2018

      Just finished watching it.

It was good and I'd watch anything about Gerrard or Liverpool but as a documentary film it's really nothing special to be honest.

Watched it last night. Great nostalgia and he played the same way from 8 years old you could spot him a mile off.
I really didn't like his agent who got into his head about leaving and clearly caused him tremendous stress. His father put him right when he told him he was a scouser and nobody would ever love him like we do. One of the reasons he gave for wanting to leave was Rafa not praising him enough but Rafa never ever singled out a player it was his way.
Watching the Istanbul section was still very emotional like having a really nice dream all over again.
One thing I didn't realise is just how many nasty injuries the lad had and how much he played whilst injured.
If we had him now I honestly think we would win the lot the energy he would bring to this team would just blow everyone away.
He was also really affected by Owen leaving who made a comment about Liverpool couldn't let Stevie leave and then he fu**ed of to Madrid Stevie always thought they would take Liverpool all the way together.

Hahaha love reading divvy tweets like that one, for all the stuff about Gerrard, the best player for us in the final was Hamann coming on in the 2nd half doing the quiet work of shackling up Kaka who was running the show at that point.

Didi always gets criminally overlooked imo when talking about the comeback.

      Absolutely spot on.

Gerrard was a wonderful footballer, but positional discipline was never his strong point.

Didi filled the big Gerrard shaped hole that Kaka kept running through, and gave us a base to work from so that Gerrard could weave his magic further up the pitch.

Wasn't Stevie moved to right wing after 3-3?

Nope, right back, ended up filling in for Finnan who went off at half-time.

The speed at which he went from making his debut to an integral part of the team was incredible.

I truly believe he was a one of a kind and at his peak he was the best player in the world. Think with Stevie was, you could have him anywhere on the pitch and he would still be man of the match.

Devastating player and to do it again and again as he did was to witness something special. I can’t recall any player who ever scored so many crucial goals on such a consistent basis. Love the man!

      Rangers out of Europe.

Not sure what their transfer policy is like but surely Gerrard wouldn’t be bring in players like Gareth McAuley.

      Rangers are a dreadful team.

Lack creativity. Think the dof mark Allen brought in a few and I am not sure who gets the final say. He knows he needs more quailty

Good win for SG against Celtic today. Level on points now with them.
Given resources, he's doing a pretty good job in his first season there.

Doing an excellent job beating a much better team in Celtic they worked so hard today it was an impressive display they smothered Celtic.
They hit the post and the Bar Gordon made some great saves so 1-0 isn't really a good reflection of the game.
Young Kent did ever so well its been a long hard 6 months for Stevie I hope he enjoys his break

I think they’ll give him some money in Jan mate, They would be stupid not to.. Gary MaC has been just as instrumental too along Stevie..

Do You the think we may see more support from the club towards Stevie with players loaned to Rangers?.

      Dunno.

Might depend on what the truth behind Ejaria coming back is.

Solanke would be perfect for them. Twice the player that tit Morelos is.

Morelos looks like a red card waiting to happen even in the first few mins he deliberately kicked Scott Brown what an idiot. Enjoyed the game though best one I have seen out of Scotland for sometime
