When I was at High School (1990 ish), there was an old Irish RE teacher there by the name of Mrs Byrne. As soon as she heard my surname, Brosnan, she said that it was a famous name in Gaelic Football. Anyone vouch for that?

I love how the AFL players are the biggest pansies when they're playing in the AFL but when it's against the Irish they act like thugs.

Piss off you idiots and play the game.

Yup. Aussies see this as just an exhibition to go out and knock some heads, don't even care about the result. I like some biff of course, but they take it too far.

Well done Ireland for actually playing the game, got the result they deserved.

Never watched a game of Gaelic football, a friend of mine lived in Dublin for 1 year and went to a few games though, he says it's awesome
