All the time he gets away with his lies he will keep on doing it. Notice  fergy is not backing him keeping silent. But these types just keep on getting under the radar, compare this to john terry case  and that is moving forward .They should nail him with ten games and loss of pay. Thats the only way it will change him ,money is the great teacher.

That sounds about right mate and they would warn BOTH players even tho nothing has transpired to necessitate any action being taken against Luis.

You've been accused of rape, you know you didn't do, your accuser knows you didn't do it. After a police investigation there's (naturally enough) no evidence to say you did.

I'll have to believe you that you would be very magnanimous and gallant; sacrificing your reputation so that other women would not fear coming forward when they had been raped but... what if you knew that your accuser had done the same thing before and no-one acted?

The thing is; Evra has done this before and the F.A. know this. They should have acted when he accused the Chelsea ground staff. Then this unsubstantiated, vexatious, complaint would have not been made and he wouldn't have another victim.

For, as much as it may (just may) hinder others coming forward, a ban will definitely stop false accusations from Evra and cu*ts like him. Racism works both ways mate; to my mind there's only one racist in this scenario and it ain't Luis.

This worries me too Brian78, people will still presume he is guilty there was just not the evidence to prove so..

fully agree.  im all for that if luis isnt cleared.  its not fair on the lad

the terry thing is a mess as well.  look i think that bloke is a first class tw*t and have no time for him but racist is such a strong term and the FA dragging their feet does nobody any good
