Legend is a word too easily thrown around today, but by Jesus Rushie wss one.

What a finisher, loved playing the sh*te. But the one thing I was mezmorised by as a kid watching Rushie was how he would chase the ball down when the oppo had it, he'd hound them. Really was our 1st defender!!

Dare I say he's another Liverpool player who despite his success doesnt get the credit he deserves for his brilliance. I have a sneaky belief if he played down the east Lancs road he'd be mentioned a lot more in the pantheon of greats
