Good team. Hope it's Suarez operating from the right wing, cutting inside rather than Hendo operating on the right.

No Carra and StevieG too as some recent reports said. No matter, that's for later discussion.

Go team, beat WBA and give Woy a facerub.

can't remember the last time we had no Carra or Gerrard!

But we still have a good team out, capable of winning. Says a lot of our squad lately!

Not the team I would choose for an away game. I think this may prove to be a difficult away game.

The only defensive quality we have ahead of the defense is Lucas...  which is quite worrying.

Shows our strength this season when we can make so many changes, be without our two scouse bastions and still putout a strong team and bench.

I would have liked Spearing to get a start today and where's Kelly? Apart from that a good team I think, I expect us to play 4-4-2 today.

WBA: Foster - Reid, McAuley, Olsson, Jones - Brunt, Sharner, Mulumbu, Thomas - Tchoyi, Odemwingie

A decent strike force there. With pace.

I hope Adam and Henderson raise their game and reduce the burden on Suarez to create everything.

No Gerrard?  Hope he's not injured.  Good to see Suarez as shaken off his knock from midweek.

So far we've heard that he's either a) out until Christmas b) got an ankle infection or c) got a minor training knock.

      LFCTV is saying b however.

I hope Adam and Henderson raise their game and reduce the burden on Suarez to create everything.

At the start of the season, the biggest criticism I had of Henderson was that he wasen't bold enough. He played in simple, kept possession easily. Now that is still good play as we are keeping the ball. I just wished he tried something every now and then, took a chance with a through ball.

Lately, I think he has been doing that, and it is paying off as his pass for Suarez's 2nd showed the other night. Hopefully he can continue this today.

Pretty sure his wife is due to give birth any day now aswell. She said on the 18th that it was 2 weeks away.

I am getting bored of seeing Suarez in the team, Bellamy deserves his chance. :P In all seriousness though, hope to god Carroll gets a goal, just to give him a bit of confidence and get everyone of his back.

I must admit i am surprised by the line-up,didn't know Ste was injured, or Carra would miss out,but what a great opportunity for Hendo/Adam to step up and show why Kenny brought them to Anfield, Lucas will be reliable as will the back 4 and Suarez and Carroll will be a threat, Downing has to step up for me also, a good test for all, i have faith and belief that we will still win this game despite Gerrard and Carra being missing, come on Redmen, YNWA.
