Yellowstone - great show. Have to wait and see if the missus wants to check out the beginning season before I can watch the newest one.

Outer Range - Captivating but overall weird. Starting to wonder if it's going to go down the same tunnel as Lost did.

Moon Knight - trying to like it but I must not be smart enough to understand it. I like Oscar Isaac but overall it makes very little sense to me.

Those are my recent watches. Looking for any suggestions. I actually love the British crime dramas if there are that folks would suggest.

Don't really go for the mobster stuff though. Not really my bag. Sopranos, Godfather, etc.... puts me to sleep.

Fame/popularity buys you a lot of power and the majority of people are afraid of stepping out of line. The tragedy of the human race is that we will, in almost all cases, drop our own moral discontent in favour of the dominant line because if we speak our mind we become the new target. There are heroes of course, but more than 80% of people are moral cowards. That's how he got away with it, and thaat's why they are getting away with it now. On an unimaginably bigger scale.

In watching some documentaries about him his arrogance and ego was off the chart. Its apparent he was a sociopath. He just did whatever the F**k he wanted and did it openly because he could.

I greatly admire whistle blowers and for the life of me I cannot understand why this is not the opinion of the overwhelming majority. Assange is currently being tortured to death for doing the job journalists should have been doing and yet support for him is mostly on the fringe and from the usual people. People would rather look the other way than confront the evil in front of them. It's an observation worthy of despair.

After years of being distracted with Stranger Things, Better Call Saul, Vikings and other stuff I have finally caught up with the Star Wars shows.
Mandalorian is good fun. Reminds me of the old Incredible Hulk series from the 80s. Hero drifts in to a town, the town needs him, he reluctantly helps and saves the day before leaving. But very good.

Bobba Fett is good fun. Not as polished as mandalorian but If you like Star Wars it ticks the right boxes.

And Obi Wan is great fun so far. Some of the great characters coming back.

Started watching Veep which stars Juila Louis-Dreyfus (from Senfield). Always heard great things about the show. First season was great and 2 season started out strong but kinda fizzled out I thought. I will keep watching since I am sort of invested in it at this point.

Also mix in Manadolrian second season which was great and started Obei which after one episode seem enjoyable.

Anyone seen Severance? Very interesting premise, can be a bit slow at times but I think the slowness serves a purpose in the feeling of entrapment of the main characters in the story. It gets really, really good near the end of series 1 and ends leaving you desperate for series 2, which is a bit annoying, god knows how long we'll have to wait.

really, really enjoyed White Wall, although they did the usual vague ending that only covers them for a possible series 2.

Its superb dark humour about a baby who whoever it comes into contact with has a tragic violent end.

Watched The Boys, absolutely love that and Karl Urban is F***ing superb as Billy Butcher.

Also watched that new Amazon series The Terminal List with Chris Pratt. A dark conspiracy type show with plenty of bloody violence.

Finally got around to watching "Get Back" . At times it almost felt intrusive and it was when they planted a secret microphone to catch Paul and John's conversation. I loved some of Pauls comments about comments 50 years in the future . Fascinating seeing how the songs developed whilst we know the Lyrics now before they were written by Lennon and McCartney.

How did you feel about all those dreams/hallucinations scenes? They kinda ruined it a bit for me...
Otherwise, it was a solid show.

Got kind of tired of the flashbacks like you...mostly the last episode, but overall thought it was entertaining.
