January 2012 Transfer Window.. Where Do LFC Need To Strengthen?

For me its a goal-scorer, and a creative midfielder - that is all..

I'd go for either Lavezzi or Cavani, plus De Rossi who is out of contract in the summer - think we could make a cheeky offer for him....

Thoughts on who or what we need fellow LFCRed members?

Dont think we can get either Lavezzi or Cavani. We need a striker though, Cisse-esque to partner Suarez

Lavezzi? He seems to much like Suarez from what I've seen.

Wouldn't mind raiding the Bundesliga. A winger and a striker, quality and young. So probably someone like Marin or Schrurrle for the wing. And maybe Barrios for striker.

A poacher, who can occasionally play at the wide attacking positions, if required ... Lukas Podolski is a good example ...

I like Podolski, but I don't think he is what we need at the moment. In my opinion, we really need a playmaker who mainly operates in a wide position and we also need to replace Spearing with a more talented and dynamic CM. For me De Rossi and Lavezzi would be perfect, but are both unlikely at best. Nathan Dyer seems like a good and realistic option for the wide playmaker role. Marco Reus or Diego Perotti would also be good options here. Mvila and Lars Bender would be good options for CM, but I doubt either of them will move in January. I don't see an attacking CM as a priority right now because we have Stevie coming back soon!!!

We should look to strengthen in all departments all of the time if good players are available.

 Without going into the guessing game about who we could or could not sign I will wait till January.  Let Kenny surprise me with a player who will finish the second half of the season in style and take us to the very top.

I would like a fast, direct, tricky, goalscoring winger and a clinical striker. I would like a CB too, but to be honest Skrtel is exceeding my expectations at the moment so it's not the priority I thought it would be. 

Fast  right attacking midfielder with excelent passing skills,Calm and concentrated . Goal scorer, tall, strong defensive midfielder, and central defender.

I'd love to see us spending big in the window, strengthen before the FFP rules kick in. Striker a must, winger a must.

We need a goalscorer..ie.defoe or van persie but id prefer messi tbh

We also need a right winger so as appealing as nani/young would be id settle for ronaldo
