Pre Match Thread: Fulham Vs. Liverpool 5 Dec 2011

After a decent result against man city, next up is Fulham at Craven Cottage.

Fulham have been quite poor this season and are definitely there for the taking but can we cope without lucas?? For me Suarez and Bellamy have to start along with Maxi

Agree, Lucas has been imense this season and this will show just how much he's missed or not. I just depends if his replacment can deliver the goods, Spearo should be o.k. as long as he is mature enough to carry the responsability. Shelvey is apparently recalled from loan at Blackpool, so mabey Kenny has plans for him. Whatever happens, I'm confident we will be a match for Fulham, even though they do occasionaly turn it on. I think 2 - 0 the Red Men. They won't cope with our forward line and our back four is doing so well as a unit now. Solid.

Yes he did and didn't he get an assist for one of Maxi's goals ??

I think with Lucas being absent we will go with 3 in midfield.

 I watched Fulham in their European match this morning,  I think they are there for the taking.FC Twenty could/should of had 4 0r 5 goals,we are well due to give someone a hiding so it might as well be Fulham

I believe Bellamy would be rested after his mid-week exploits and Kuyt who is fresher would be given a chance.

For me this is a big game... We have the luxury of watching all the top teams play this weekend so we wil know what has to be done! Maxi has to get a run out, bellers too. No Lucas for a while so a good chance for someon to fill those boots and get some game time out there. As always would like to see a few new faces on the bench, but 3 points first..!

For once, I'm thinking the same. I have an exam on Monday, Tuesday and a few more after that. But my Monday evening is gonna be taken up with the game and not studying!

Dalglish says Lucas lay-off is a "huge disappointment" but injury isn't "career-threatening". Jack Robinson only injury doubt.
