Trying to buy tickets for this online. Now, I have bought tickets before from online but I don't have a membership number or a fancard number. So I fill in all my details and then it says it already has my details and to log in. But, as I don't have a any of the above, I can't log in. Anyone able to help?

Well, just looked at my bank statement and instead of buying tickets, I have managed to buy 4 tickets. I won't be in Liverpool until Thursday and they are being sent to my Liverpool address. Therefore, I have 2 tickets for the Kop for sale. Let me know if anyone wants them.

So....I've not received an email confirmation and have tried all day to call but can't get through. Is it likely that I will get a text instead then? And do I still need to take my fan card with me?

Did you buy your ticket(s) with your membership card? If so, you should get a text a day or two before the game if you haven't received an e-mail, make sure you take your card with you to gain entry to the ground.
