  I've always thought that Jose , although arrogant and having a big ego, was actually quite vunerable  and very insecure underneath showing signs of cracking. If you analyse what he was saying yesterday , it was total and utter drivel..a totally unprofessional way to talk about his team. I mean, by saying that they need 40 chances to score two goals is nonsense or 60 to score 3, just stupid talk ,like a child. And then the talk about eggs??  Er..........hello?  
 I just feel that the board and Roman have had enough of the Special Ego. He is probably a nightmare to work with.....thank god we've got Rafa

Spot on LondonRed - you couldn't nip out and try and find him and do an interview.  He's probably out walking his dog.

I could imagine he was a proper arsehole at board meetings etc.  At the end of the day he was an employee of the club but I can imagine his ego would rub people up the wrong way.  No matter how talented he was - I think the constant snipes, such as Rafa saying 'Roman's got a great side' have had an effect on Mourinho.
