If Suarez has admitted to using the word "negro", regardless of his culture or in what context he meant, I think we're in the sh*t.

Still baffled though, as otherwise it seems like one mans word vs another, two completely different accounts.

Not if the conversation was in Spanish, it changes the context straight off.

Any video footage come to light yet?

how could they be witness, one is the accuser and the other one is the defended. shouldn't the case be dismissed cuz it becomes only ones words against the others or am i missing something here?

sorry but that is an outrageous claim to make and shows how amateurish the fa are to put that on paper

This is were it falls down for me. 1 mans word v another. The 1 man making the acqusation says he believes the other man not to be racist. Well from his account given hes made it sound like Suarez very much is racist so why would he then claim he is not?

And the man who has made the acqusation has a history here doesnt he!!!

where the F**k did evra learn spanish from?

He either knew it for a while or learned quite a bit from his mate Tevez.

Evra is claiming this, nobody else heard it. 

Because the FA won't go back on it they said Evra is a more reliable witness than Suarez,

If they think Evra is a better witness than Suarez then we might aswell give up now !

I had a quick glance through it i swear it's in there somewhere that it say's the fa believe evra to be a better witness !

Those were  the exact word's about 3/4's through the report !

Christ, how they got 115 pages out of a spat on a pitch I don't know.
There is a fair bit of stuff about Evra being a more reliable/credible witness than Suarez. Based on interpretation of events and clarity etc.
But think that it's this evidence that really made the difference, the expert testimony on the use of language ...

Uruguay and other regions of Latin America (paragraphs 162 to 202 above).

Yeah one of the lads posted the same thing a few posts back. Laughable thats the same as the fa saying "ont like this suarez fella I believe evra" before the case even started

The report continues to use the word "n*gger", comparing it to negro. This is an absolute disgrace!

So from the FA's case, Evra still maintains Suarez isn't racist?

Yes funny isnt it. Whats not funny is the fa putting words into the report that were never used

always clear or directly addressed to the question.

Ridiculous he won't get off ! They won't go back on there word not the FA

I thought that, surely Hernandez would know about interpretations of the Spanish language being from a Spanish speaking country?
