The club are going to get so much stick now, all which could have been avoided if the FA had just released that F***ing sh*te excuse of a report at the same time as announcing the punishment.

I fully trust the club to have made the right decision, they may know things we do not know.

But he will be back for the United, Everton and Arsenal triple header. Maybe earlier if we beat Oldham on Friday.

At least some good news then.....and he'll be able to run rings around that lying f*cker again :D

Posted in the other thread that I expected them to not appeal, but to put out a statement to the effect that it was a stitch up.

Probably the best course of action for THE CLUB.

As for Luis personally, think he should sue the Mirror and the FA.

No ban effective from now that means he misses

      3 Jan 2012      Manchester City   A   20:00
      6 Jan 2012      Oldham   H   20:00
      11 Jan 2012      Manchester City   A   19:45
      14 Jan 2012      Stoke City   H   15:00
      21 Jan 2012      Bolton   A   17:30
       25 Jan 2012      Manchester City   H   19:45
       31 Jan 2012      Wolves   A   20:00
       6 Feb 2012      Tottenham   H   20:00

He will return against United that's gonna be fun :) Unless we have another FA cup game between then and now i wouldn't mind drawing with Oldham and forcing a replay that way he'd be able to play against Spurs !

I hate to say this but I think Luis' time at Liverpool will end sooner than later. If Barca comes calling he's gone, and I wouldn't blame him one bit.

As I said in another thread, the statements by both player and club were well said, but I disagree with the decision.

Just a thought..if we manage to draw our FA Cup game and play a replay,we can have him back one match earlier.

think this matter will be settled on the pitch with Evras legs snapping

Normally I wouldnt condone such action!

But this has been far from a normal situation.

I'm absolutely gutted by this decision and very surprised they did it today, before a very important fixture, i'm totally bemused, why could they not have left it until tomorrow ?

So the next 8 games without Suarez do they include cup ties or just league matches ?

No doubt that kunt ferguscum will be glowing, and now every f***in crowd in every ground will be berating Luis everytime he has the ball,          ,

i've gotta go and calm down, toke a dooby or two, cos right now i'm f***in seethin,

Not sure what to make of all this I can understand the club wanting to get it out of the way but the fact that Luis will be deemed a "racist" by all and sundry makes me think he will want to leave this country sooner than later.

Its actually a very smart move from us. We would never have won it. But watch the shitwave coming to the FA when everyone starts crying wolf. Theyv really fu**ed up. I think liverpool no if we drag it on luis will be messed up in the head at least this way he can get it out of his head.

Very good statement from Luis and the club.

Feb 11th could be nasty on and off the pitch. And not just in the streets of Manchester.

By the way, how muuch is that game set up for Luis to get some payback!!!

      Mixed feelings.

Lad has been stitched up. But once that lying little c**t opened his mouth to French TV he was always on a hiding to nothing. Like I said weeks ago, he will always be a racist to most other fans because they are mindless cretins.

The club needed to do this, the worlds media was starting to all close in on us. It's not good at all for our image.

What they will have decided is to behind closed doors tell Suarez to sue the Mirror and the FA for ruining his image, I'm sure Liverpool will pay court costs and help him but just not publicly because it will hurt us much more.

Personally though im devastated, and feel so angry that you can be banned for 8 games with no evidence at all.

Think the club have bottled it to be honest.

Suarez now faces the prospect of a player making an allegation against him and being dragged back in front of the FA with the threat of a life time ban hanging over him.

One of the first players he's likely to face upon his return is his accusser, we should have fought it to the bitter End !

Disgraceful stuff from the club if you ask me.

      That's exactly why LFC did.

Making him available against Man U, and playing him (whether the full 90 mins I couldn't say) makes a MASSIVE declaration to the millions watching - that's he's not racist, he's got nothing to be ashamed for, he's not going to hide, and he won't hide.

KK will tell them that it's just another game.

I think it's a great move, and one where KK gets one over on Fergie.

If we draw our game in the fa cup and it goes to a replay will the replay be counted as one of the 8 games?

Really gutted about this as i truly believe suarez is totaly innocent and has been the victim of the FA trying to get one over Blatter over the racist thing.

      F**k yes way mate.

So say we play United, Ferdinand winds up Suarez, Ferdinand claims he was racially abused.

Suarez gets dragged in front of the FA.

They remind him of the life time ban.

They punish him with the life time ban.

      No more Suarez at Liverpool.

Its a F***ing shocking decision in every sense of the word.
