Liverpool are without Luis Suarez due to suspension. Steven Gerrard is on the bench.

Didn't expect Bellamy to play after playing a few days ago, but a little surprised Rodriguez hasn't come in to replace him.

Not massively confident with Downing and Adam up against the quality of Man City, but I do think Kuyt and Carroll can be unsettling for the big centre-backs.

This is a chance for those players who have not set the world alight to show their true worth to the Liverpool cause,I happen to think that the REDMEN can surprise us and best of all surprise CITY.

Just please please please lets try to pass it and not hoof it to Carroll. We're lacking pace but if we hold out till half time with Stevie/Bellers coming on I will still be confident.

Adam needs to pull a performance out, I thought was poor last game, but Downing's starting to step it up again in recent weeks.

A game where we have nothing to lose by going for it for the start. There's no reason why we can't win, we've had big players out before, and still won big games.
A little self belief is all that's needed, and Kenny will give them that.
