The Reds line-up like this: Reina, Kelly, Carragher, Coates, Aurelio, Spearing, Maxi, Gerrard, Shelvey, Kuyt, Bellamy.

Subs: Doni, Carroll, Henderson, Downing, Adam, Skrtel, Flanagan.

Strong line-up could we be about to hand out the thrashing we have all season.

The only concern for me is that kenny did not start Andy :/

Did Kenny sign Coates just so he could say his Daughter nearly made it in defence?
I would've liked Andy to start and get a couple tonight for that confidence boost he seems to need.

Surprised as ya can't say he doesn't need the practice.

Will be interested to see how Coates gets on here, it's going to be physical and they are going to be well up for this.

Delighted to see Kelly back in a starting XI and hopefully Flanagan can get a run out too. Maybe a change in the second half, Carragher off for Flanagan with Kelly going CB and Flanagan at RB?

Its an another measure of kenny's first year that we can put out such a strong team like that and rest a load of players.
Looking forward to this.Its the FA Cup FFS.

Surprised Carroll is on the bench but great to see Stevie back and also looking forward to see how Jonjo does.

90 minutes from Fabio would be great too.

If Oldham can handle that midfield line-up then we may as well give up. Stevie G and Jono will tear them to pieces when they surge forward.

Strong lineup.  Will be interesting to see how we set up.  My guess would be a 4-1-4-1 formation?

A bit puzzled why Carroll is not starting, need to bang in a few goals, either way can see the Reds winning 4-1 at least.

Thought Stevie might start, get him 60mins under his belt and hopefully ready to put in a full-shift vs Man City.

Don't see the risk in starting him against Oldham (Caroll).

We have enough and it's good to give some of the fringe players a run.

Seems like an age since Aurelio had his last game....cant wait.

Same here. I also thought that he'd be in the starting 11. I don't get it. 

When is Doni getting between sticks? 

Doni must wonder what he has to do to get a game...any game at all.

This might sound harsh but I am glad to see a team without Adam, Henderson, Downing and Carroll playing.  Really looking forward to seeing that midfield in action.
