As far as I can see on a quick skim Hillsborough was never mentioned though I haven't read it in full.

Whatever you think of the Tories and John Major, to tell the PM that he was going to pour a bucket of sh*t over his head or words to that effect sum this lowlife up. Throw in his comments about printing stories without backing them up and you get one class individual.
