Looks like an upgrade on Charlie Adam when it comes to free-kicks and penalties that's for sure but some of those walls and keepers are embarrassing so I'll reserve judgement on this one.

Agree on the Adam comparison but i think Elm is much tougher and is a better all round player. Has a rocket of a shot and a good radar.

He seems to have a brilliant passing range (like Alonso) but also keeps things simple, and compared to Adam, a lot more mobile and more pace.

If we are going for him then this needs sorting urgently, before the Euros. If he does well then we'll face more competition for him.

From those clips he looks a very good payer.

Great range of passing and I also like how he recieves the ball and then is always looking to move it on quickly.

i think we should get him, and before the euros after which his price will double. hate the fact that we keep waiting until after major tournaments to buy players, end up paying over the odds and sometimes buying a player based on their performance in the tournament and end up with scum like djiouf.

It looks like I am one of the only ones who is skeptical about this one.  He looks like a slight improvement over Charlie Adam, but he is also playing in a league where he is allowed more time on the ball to pick a pass.  I think he is a good player, but do I think he is what we need to get us into the top 4 and/or challenging for the league title?  The short answer is "no"

Bingo. Don't get bummed by other teams noticing him only after a good Euros.

alas, players resist that because when their value goes up they get a greater percentage of their transfer fee.
