Would you be disappointed if we did not buy anyone within the next 24 hours etc….

I really would like to see a new player here to boost moral & have a key part in lifting us to 4th place & beyond

I'd be disappointed and it looks to me as though no new players are coming in - that's what Kenny said today.

We were linked with enough new players but the one which caught my eye was David Teixeira. I really thought that one would happen.

Could see this turning in to another Transfer thread, like those in the 'Winter Transfer Board'. May find it removed soon mate.

In a break from LFC Reds tradition (and even though this is normally an LFC only board) - feel free to post all random bullshit and transfers from all clubs in here for the next 24 hours.

liverpool update.....interesting indeed....the offer to manchester city for carlos tevez is a loan deal for the rest of the season offering to pay 75% of his wages.....but if city refuse this but agree to leave him go if we pay his wages in full liverpool will do it.....tevez is prepared for the move no doubt about that...

I won't be disappointed. Don't know that there is a lot of value out there right now. I mean honestly...is there anyone that would be a worthwhile target that is really available and worth the asking price?  Wouldn't be surprised if FSG has already told Kenny that they are backing him regardless of a top 4 finish and not to spend for spending's sake. I'd say we'll make a big more or two this summer.  That being said a loan deal for Tevez for the rest of the season would make sense just to bolster our scoring ability. Trust the King.

I would be crazy happy if they brought in Tevez.

Imagine him and Suarez up top that would be lethal.

I don't see any players coming after Kenny said there won't be any movement. If there was movement why wouldn't he just say......"We aren't going to discuss transfers" instead of "No one is coming in or out." I believe we made inquires on a number of players but never found the price to be right for the club.
