People with knowledge of power tools

Hello, I'm a student from Sheffield Hallam University currently studying International Business Studies. I was given an assignment in Understanding and manager customers on Power tools. To gain more information on this expansive market I have designed a questionnaire to aid me with my research. I would appreciate it if you fill in my questionnaire. Done mate. Just a question. I presumed 10 was a high score and 1 was low. May sound stupid but, sometimes it's the other way round. With 1 being the top and 10 being the bottom.

Yeah I should say that but I assume people usually think 10 is the highest whilst 1 is the lowest.

To be honest though, I avoided this topic due to the title. I thought you had a problem with a power tool that you hoped we could help you with. I only opened the topic due to boredom but I think most people on here would have enough knowledge to answer your survey but may have avoided it like I did.

On certain questions you don't give an option for 'not known' or 'don't know'. i.e I've heard DeWalt are excellent tools but I've never used one, I've had to answer a 5 for some questions so you may not end up with a wholly accurate response.

Sorry if that sounds pedantic but I just thought you'd want to know.
