Here's an app of historical value:

      http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/explore-9-11/id387986451?mt=8

It is 'Explore 9/11'. Obviously viewer discretion is advised.

      Quote
The official 9/11 Memorial application has been created by the National September 11 Memorial & Museum as a guide to understanding 9/11 through the eyes of who witnessed the events. Given the sensitivity surrounding the events of 9/11, viewer discretion is advised.

      The app has three features:

      Tour
A seven-stop walking tour of the area around the World Trade Center, accompanied by audio and photo narration. The events of the day and its aftermath are told by first responders, rescue workers, volunteers, and those who lived and worked in Lower Manhattan on 9/11. While the walking tour takes place in Lower Manhattan, the tour content is accessible to users anywhere.

      Explore
View images related to the events of 9/11 and their aftermath taken nearby wherever you are. Photos may be viewed in Augmented Reality-technology mode which overlays images on the camera view. All photos were contributed to the museum by survivors and witnesses through 911history.org.

      Timeline
An interactive timeline of the day’s events and aftermath. Includes links to witness photos taken during these time blocks.

      Downloaded 'Hipstamatic'.

Very good actually. Great fun to play around with.

It's basically a toy / vintage camera with a choice of film and lenses. You can then buy more if you want.

Just been having a search on the app store and there's an app called 'fan liverpool' and for anyone who's got the official app it's 10 times better. I dl'd it about half an hour ago and it's already got todays match with all the stats on and when I say all the stats it's like opta. It's also got a section with videos in, had a quick look at Stevies 40 best goals. It's also got an updatable rss feed with the latest news.

The best LFC app I've seen up to now and best of all it's only bloody free!

Grab it and tell us what you think.

Edit: just had a good root around the app and it's affiliated with opta, hence the stats. If you get it look at the bottom on the right at 'see menu' and there's another 12 options that you can put onto the bottom menu. It really is the best LFC app and probably one of the best free apps i've had.

I know it isn't and ipod touch, but I broke my ipod Nano, 5th Gen, and wish to buy a new one. I don't like the 6th Gen one and plan to get the 5th Gen one again. However, I have tried loads of websites, including play.com and Amazon, and loads don't sell them anymore. Can anyone recommend somewhere else to buy them. Not very keen on buying it off Amazon as well.

      Hi everyone,

Basically, when I had my previous ipod, I managed to transfer songs on to my ipod, delete them from my itunes and still be able to connect my ipod in future, without deleting the songs from the ipod that were previously deleted from itunes. However, can't seem to get it that way on my current one. Anyone know how to get it that I can delete them from my itunes without the tracks being deleted from my ipod when i re-connect it later ??? Any help would be great.

I've been checking the Android market looking for Temple Run at least twice a day for the last 4 weeks for its release. Its due out on Android any day now; I love this game.
