 Daniel Agger returns to the Liverpool team for today's Carling Cup final with Cardiff City at Wembley – listen to the game live online from 3.30pm GMT.

The Dane has recovered from a knock to take his place at the heart of the Reds defence as Kenny Dalglish makes one change to the team that started against Brighton last weekend.

Craig Bellamy is on the bench.

I have a cunning plan. Seeing as it's pretty quiet, I have put the telly on in one of the empty patients rooms and have pulled the blinds down. The intention is to slip in there at about 4pm and emerge again  90minutes later. Unless all hell  breaks loose of course.

I think it's good that Bellers is on the bench, he'll be itching to come on in the second half and give us a new lease of life, not that we'll need it like 

But he's an excellent option to have.

So pumped up for this game now, can hear all the fans singing at Wembley
