I'm not saying it wasn't a penalty but he did make a meal of it. Do we agree on that??

Did the ref see it?? On freeze frame you can see the doubts that are creeping in.

I've given my view Keith lad. I think it was a penalty. I always go on first instinct as that's what the ref gets and my first thought was penalty. As I said if it was Pepe I wouldn't have any complaints. Keepers leave themselves open coming out like that.

All this looking at fifty angles and freeze frames is pointless.

And in hindsight 3 seperate ex refs on replays have said they think it was a penalty.

Hang him, F***ing lying, dirty, foreign, cheating, diving, racist c**t.

Sly little buck-toothed tw*t - no player ever in the history of the football league exaggerated a contact to gain a free-kick or penalty, kick him out of the game.

Ban him, suspend him, fine him, deport him now before our children are tainted by his ways.

This is what the FA and media want us to believe, and it is being perpetrated whenever he steps onto the field.

Stop it with the F***ing microanalysis of his every move and touch of the ball, his every word spoken off the field.

Yes, it was a stone-wall penalty. No, I don't think he made a meal of it.

And if you say "rose tinted glasses", I'll take those glasses and ram them up your Ferguson-worshipping backside.

It was  minimal contact hense the penalty given. However, he made Nani look like a angel the way he went down holding his leg.  ;D

What a load of horseshit, the co-commentator, who was a biased tw*t, said a tackle with about the same amount of contact, incidentally Suarez on Arteta, was a definite foul.  The slow-mo does no favours to this one, and the play acting is out of line, but it was a nailed on pen.

Any comparisons to the Oscar worthy Nani are out of order, Suarez might pick up a Bafta or two, but nowhere near The Crying Man's acting level.

These days anyone who thinks the commentators make a comment against Liverpool you think their biased.

Yeah your probably right about Nani  ;D he does have it to an  art.   :lmao:

No it wasn't defo a penalty, it was just a penalty. We have seen many with minimal contact not given as we both know. He won a oscar for his dive though.   :D

It was a defo penalty because the ref gave it and he was right to do so.

None of us are defending how some modern day players go to ground but there are many who do it.

Doesn't take away from the fact it was a penalty rightly given.

I went on record...(( long time ago ))... saying Ronaldo was really bad, truth is i don't like it but what can you do? On my own forum i'm on record as saying i don't like Ronaldo...(( still don't ))... but would have him back like a shot for obvious reasons. He is a knut i know. I still haven't  forgotten what he did in the world cup.   >:(

Had this argument with a lad the other day about diving. Every single player goes down easy in the premiership when they see an advantage its modern football i dont like it but it happens. Any player would go down in suarez case there was cpntact why wouldnt he. People just get on their high horse because its suarez..never mind nani rooney the pubed headed c**t is always diving aswell. The great gareth bale that everyone on sky is sucking off is the biggest diver in the league. Anyway stone wall penalty even if he made a meal of it

Rooney was at it against us a couple weeks back too. But because he's British let's ignore it (just like everyone did with Bale, against us too) and pick on the foreign lad.

If that was Rooney, Welbeck, Bale, Bent or any other British player falling over we wouldn't have seen about 20,000 replays and no one would be debating it at all.

      Clear cut penalty.

I genuinely don't think any of us enjoy the theatrics that have entered the game but they are there now and you just have to look beyond them at if it's actually a foul or not.
