We need to stick together, back Kenny and the team, then get this season over with and rebuild, get rid of the deadwood.

Didnt we do that last season????

Kevin Keegan believes they were Comolli's signings not Kennys, who knows.

That was bad , no pluses , a terrible performance .

Ineffective ,one pace , bad passing ,loose balls , didnt look up for it at all,  if you were on the bench you  would be expecting a jersey in our next game how many could you drop after  that showing .

Every team get days like this but we've had more than I care to mention ,this season so far.

I know we are still building and it takes time but thats not good enough ,Liverpool needs quality to progress ,
IMO we don't have that ,its a stark reality that more than  a few out the door in the summer is whats required to sort this out .

Maybe even a Kenny signing or 2   :(

      Moan over move on .

      Because the midfield is invinsible.

I hope you're going for invisible there and not invincible.  ;)

I am as disappointed as anyone, but lets look at the team....the starting 11 are not in our best 11. They played poorly and got what they deserved today.

Anyone who suggests Kenny out is a pr**k.. Simple.
      But is it that simple?

I love KK (long story made short), but I cannot hide from the fact anymore, that KK's purchases, in particular; Downing, Carroll, Henderson, and Adam, have for the most part, been poor.

Take Torres out of the equation, and Carroll must have the worst strike rate in the Prem.

Adam, it's clear when at Blackpool, he was a little fish in a little pond, but now he's a little fish in a big pond. He's simply out of his depth

Henderson; someone said he's going to be a full international in 4 or 5 years time. Well that's great news for England, in 4 or 5 years. I honestly cannot tell you what he gives us in midfield. To name a few, Adam, passing, Spearing, tackling, ball winning, Gerrard, everything, Kuyt, width and breaking up play, Downing, width. Henderson? I guess he passes the ball now and again.

Downing, he was great against Brighton and Cardiff City, and that speaks volumes.

Bellamy, sometimes our best performer, and he's a 32 year old freebie, as far as VFM goes, KK's best purchase

Suarez is world class but suffereing under the weight of being our only genuine striker.

Comolli or Kenny, or maybe both, need to take a long hard look at their transfer policy, and no doubt they are.

That's an unbiased stock take of what I think has happened, I've not called for heads to roll, and I've based my summation on what I've seen over the last year or so.

      If that's knee-jerking, then I guess I'm a knee jerker.

EDIT: I'd better clarify; I'm not asking for KK's head to roll. I'm asking for some genuine soul searching and the balls to put it right.

Absolutely agree , however Everton are 1-0 up against Spurs and are the better team.
Kenny  has got some work to do before Tuesday , it really is a must win.
Not looking forward to it at all!

I find when I watch Liverpool far to many player don't want responsibility ,don't want to make the decision , they  are scared of making a mistake so rather than grab the bull by the horns sort of thing, they cop out with  and the easy option pass, pass, pass, hoof .

I thought  Kelly was one of our better players today  clever fearless takes it on the chin when he gets it wrong but as honest as they come I can see a great future at the club for him,its great to see Kenny stick with him .

I couldn't believe it in the second half the negativity of some of our players , as I said before we need buy  quality in the summer  or some players need  grow a pair and  step up to the mark instead of passing the buck .

Thanks mate, but in all honesty, could see this happening with the signings we made in the last 12 months. If you were FSG would you trust Comoli and Kenny with another 100 million.

As long as the players we sign this summer push the British players we signed last summer to the bench, then we are grand. Last summer's signings was about the squad, this summer has to be about the first 11. We need three or four top class players to walk into our team for next year.
