I think he does seem more comfortable on the right mate especially when Carroll isn't playing, as his crossing becomes much less important. I may have expected too much from him yesterday, but the way Norwich set up in the second half was an open invitation to him to run at their defence. He did have an excellent shot, but other than that and the cross from which Shelvey eventually hit the bar, I can't remember much he did.   

Fair play mate but to look on the positive side of things it was a distinct improvement in his game and a vital ingredient in the much needed away victory.

I still think for an England international who we paid £20m for, 0 goals and 0 assists in the League is an atrocious return. He has been mostly terrible this season.

Liam Tomkins (a reliable source) said on Twitter earlier today that Sterling played in a reserves match last Monday and then all the lads were given the rest of the week off. He didn't travel with the squad for the Norwich game.

f***in brilliant win yesterday, great performances all round, with Suarez and Stevie particular stand outs, the hat-trick was simply brilliant, each component were great goals in themselves, and the third was well, world class, had it been the granny shagger 'Venables would have to make a new sky advert',

Brilliant win,you won't see many better hatricks than that,the 3rd goal was something else,we played some great attacking football and norwich were lucky it was only 3 goals,great confidence booster before the cup final,and just so pleased we got what we deserved, which hasn't been the case in many matches this season.

As funny as that video is, I don't appreciate the bolded bit as I'm from that way...

Three terrific goals from Luis, I was just as impressed with his touch before the 30 yarder. He left the Norwich defender about 4 yards behind him with one touch. Truly a world class player. If I remember, he started with us in this sort of form, let's hope it continues now until the seasons end  and beyond. All round decent display from the lads, but nothing too much better than recent games. Just managed to get a few goals this week, the footy's pretty consistent.  Still think our midfield needs strengthening as the force this week came from Stevie being in a more advanced role. Great 3 points long overdue.
