I think Everton are showing the dangers of focusing on the Europa League. While I do like the UEFA Cup and all, it's just such a demanding competition with the number of games and length of travel (in some cases), plus playing Thursday/Sunday means you're always playing catch-up on Saturday's results. It's gotta be a drain mentally if not physically.

I remember i've read here something on this when Roberto's reputation was sky high, not from popular members though.

I don't think many demanded him. But when he was meeting with Henry allegedly, people didn't oppose it as much.

He's a quality manager to me, but he clearly has no plan B. He's played the same game and same tactic all season when it clearly wont work for them. That's the difference between a quality manager and a top class one.

I was on a bender yesterday with two mates who are blues and they are desperate for him to get the bullet and they say they aren't the only ones as they both go all of the home games.

Well, he certainly inferred that Martinez was a better manager than Rodgers, and implied we should have got him instead.
