It’s two hugely different cases and one that Everton admitted too - it’s a simple sustainability case for both Everton and Forest hence why it’s been sorted already

City are facing that many more charges I understand why it could take a while, frustrating though it is, whilst the legacy of their cheating endures.

Difference being it is more complex , has more charges , and while them two clubs complied , city have not and have blocked and slowed the investigation down at every turn .

Not at all....I was trying to suggest that there's investigating (as in an independent body actively searching for evidence of wrongdoing) and there's "investigating" as in making a public announcement about an enquiry, knowing full well it's a smoke screen, hoping that with the passing of time the offence(s) will be forgotten.

I think those results above are a reasonable assumption, we know how well Luton can play, Forest have improved of late too, but Blueshite have stagnated, and if we’re all honest should be down already, the FA have been lenient, in their points reductions, I think their f***in Doomed !!!
