It is not about who you support today or rivalries. R.I.P to the 96 that so sadly lost their lives in the Hillsbourough Disaster. I sincerely hope one day the families get justice and a semblance or peace.

I hope all those who knew, cared about and loved the ones who died in that terrible tragedy are somehow comforted by the wider  solidarity of the Liverpool family.

Still makes me angry and sad yet proud of the fight put up by the families of the victims.

As a long time lurker, it seemed fitting to dedicate my first post to the 96 (and the countless lives impacted by the tragedy).

They may be gone, but they will never be forgotten.

Another year for mourning lost ones another year without justice.
Just a few months after 96 football fans did not return home in London on the Thames the Marchioness Disaster took place in August 89.
51 people died and guess what the families had to fight and fight for years and still never got the justice they deserved. To apparently identify victims they cut off the dead's hands and kept them to identify them how sick is that what was wrong with finger prints. Remember how they took blood samples from young fans looking for alcohol. there is something very wrong in this Country.
