      I'm excited. If Rodgers can implement the pass and move football here he's used at Swansea then I can't wait for next season.

      Ben Smith (BBC) has apparently confirmed that Rodgers is our new manager on a three-year deal.

      So when does the ''Brendan Rodgers Liverpool Manager'' thread open? ;)

      Two weeks ago I may have been disappointed with this, but now?  I am actually surprisingly optimistic and genuinely happy at this appointment.  A fellow Northern Irishman too, good stuff.
