Left us in one hell of a mess and led us to an embarrassing group stage exit of the CL. Apart from a shock 2nd place finish, his time with us on the whole was miserable. It’s taken a lot of work for us to get where we are now and I never thought BR would get the chance to make up for all that went wrong with us but now he has, hopefully his side can do the business that leads to us getting 19 and all will be forgiven.

A manager that was out of his depth being at Liverpool, some managers have what it takes and some don’t but he has it about him to get that Leicester side back into Europe.

He’s just gone and given instruction how to stop Vardy and how he thinks he needs to set up to get a result against City...

Owes us nothing & I expect nothing from him, his team however may play like former champions with the pride they have & make it a difficult game..

I hope it's knee jerk mate. He went for it while keeping it tight at the back. The shot was well taken. Nobody would have anticipated the c**t shooting.

Would have helped if his team actually closed Kompany and others down in that situation instead of sitting back. The closest player to closing down Kompany I think was a defender...where the hell was the midfield?! Sooner or later someone was going to have a pop from that distance with the amount of space they were getting. You could tell Kompany was shaping for the shot and still nobody went and closed him down.

Good start to the season for Rodgers and Leicester.

They were much better towards the end of last season as well and even after sacking a manager only ended up a few points away from European football.

I'm not sure they will finish in the top four but can see them making the top six.  For all his banter Rodgers is arguably one of the best British managers and would not surprise me if he were to end up at Man United.

Tough game ahead on Saturday, with Rodgers and Leicester at Anfield.  No doubt he will receive a warm welcome from the home crowd, although all three points going to the Reds.

      He’s obviously flipped the triangle

In all seriousness, they’ve looked very good this season and those quick transitions utilizing Vardy will cause a lot of problems this season (but not for big Virgil this weekend).

Always rated Vardy, he is like a budget Suarez. I think Leicester is Brendans level tbh. If Leicester lose a game or draw 3 in a row and lose one, nobody cares, nobody notices, no pressure. For us it's a full blown crisis. Thats a good level to be at.

Pleased for Brendan. Always thought he is a very good coach who just lost his way with us in that last season.

Cringiest manager to ever manage Liverpool. Threw the owners under the bus a couple of times and he threw his own staff as well when things weren't going his way. Even reading James Pearce & Tony Evans articles on him showed that he usually doesn't take accountability and blamed others for his failures. Funny part where he used Latin phrases in his team talks and the 3 envelopes, wtf.

He is doing well with Leicester, maybe he found his level and learned from his mistakes but only time will tell.

no beef, Evans doesn't like him and blamed him for all the transfer failures that happened. Doesn't like FSG either and thought that management wasn't the problem it was FSG who are. Proven wrong again.
