Sorry for the double post, but this is the first year I've done the family and friends thing? If I bought tickets for another person do they use their card to get into the ground or get a paper ticket?

They use their card mate. Think they only issue paper tickets for some cup games and if it's an emrgency, these days.

Can't make any Saturday games this season sadly, what are the chances any of these three on sale today are put back to Sunday because of the Europa League?

Cheers mate, he's a new member though and hasn't got a card yet so I'll ask him to follow that up.

Stoke would be moved if we got to the group stage.

City and Arsenal are either side of the play off round but they are already moved to Sunday. United would also fall after a group stage game but that's been moved to Sunday already.

Finally got through and most of them are gone.

Sometimes I wish we were sh*t again so all these mindless idiots who didn't want to come watch us then wouldn't be there taking all the tickets!

      Got Fulham, United and Reading.

Still annoyed I had to fight for tickets against people who didn't go to a single game last year. At least I was eligible for tickets to the United game though.

Well all the Sunday games are gone, so it looks like the only games I'm going to in the first half the season are midweek cup games. I feel so valued as a fan. Who needs loyal support when you can have cash spending day trippers?

Premier League football and me are hanging by a bare thread at the moment.

I'm one game short for United. Are there still some left? Hopefully I can get one on Monday.

Everything was limited apart from the Upper Anny when I got mine. Kop had already gone so I had to settle for Main Stand again.

      Sorry  :P

On a serious note, though. I totally sympathise with those who feel that their loyalty means very little with the purchase history being set at 13 games but at the same time, even if I had the money, it would be extremely difficult for me to get tickets to 13 games this year in the hope of qualifying next year. It was difficult enough to get Stoke tickets so to get on that ladder now is near impossible.

Hurry up and expand this ground!

I utterly understand mate that everyone feels that they should have rights to tickets and actually i feel that everybody should get the chance to see the lads play live, its what we live for...

But over the last 20 years or so i have got my way to most home games every season... in the last 2-3 since i became a father i have averaged 10 a season at home and around 3 away... Thats league, let alone cups... And now im scraping away trying to get tickets? Im just very annoyed by that.. People (You maybe... Others maybe, Rodders doubtless) Will think im a tw*t for complaining but im just pissed off by it..

I didnt even try until today..

Not at all! I totally agree with you and as I said, I have every sympathy. The point I was (badly) putting across was that Anfield, as it stands is not fit for purpose. We need enough seats for people like you, first and foremost to be able to buy tickets but then also enough seats for others to try to get to that situation when can attend 13+ games a season.

I was only after tickets for one match, financially I couldn't stretch to any more but sitting there in the queue having logged in at the first opportunity, watching the availability of other matches change to 'Limited' was a frustrating experience.
It's a good thing that demand is so high but it also shows that we need 60,000 now.
