Jetro Willems, he turned 18 in March.  Looks like a great prospect.

Definitely although his defensive positioning at times was poor.

Of the games to come Andriy Yarmolenko and Rasmus Elm will be the ones i'm looking out for.

Yarmolenko looked very good, Elm not so good.

Elm was put in a more defensive role from what I heard. I only saw the last ten minutes and all I can remember is him chopping down Voronin when he was on a run and putting in a smashing croos field ball to Williamson.

A player who really caught my eye on day one was Vaclav Pilar (LM) for the Czech Republic. As a team they were shi...te but he really caught the eye, he was quick, happy to run at players and grabbed a good goal with a an intelligent run and finish. Can't say i've heard of the lad before and I don't even know who he plays for but will be keeping an eye out for the lad in their next game.

I didn't catch the game earlier (was sleeping off my hangover!) but I see my lad Pilar scored again.

Jordi Alba is one hell of a player, either that or right now anyone playing for Spain looks good ... oh hang on ...Torres!!

Have Barca already got him? Other than that no one in particular.... yet

Just finished watching yesterdays games, two very untidy games.  It was, on the large part, more a case of seeing players' weaknesses then their pluses.  Dzagoev still looks like a player though.

Jordi Alba should join Barcelona in the next few weeks. I like Dzagoev as well but I'd be surprised if he was available. It is very dangerous to buy players on the back of international tournaments though.

Dzagoev is not a realistic target, I'm afraid. He's the hottest property in Russian football and nowadays their league is awash with money. If he is to move this summer then it will be for a huge fee and probably to a CL team.

Been very impressed by Gebre Selassie, the Czech full-back. Not sure if he would be good for LFC but could do a good job for a few Premiership teams. Have to admit, the two teams he has played against in the Euros, have not been the strongest.

Same here, very good going forward, a clever full back, not one that just puts his head down and runs.

Well you say that but his contract is running out in 6 months time. Very interesting how it's going to play out now. I don't think CSKA expected him to have the tournament he is having and it seems to have caught them short.

I bet they are panicking now.

What about Poland captain Jakub Blaszczykowski? (Not because he scored yesterday!) I've been impressed with his two games this tournament. Pacey winger, put some decent crosses in for Lewandowski. He's not much of a goal-scorer, though. I know it's sort of the vogue thing to try and grab a Dortmund player at the moment, but as a transfer I think this could be done. However, I'm not sure how much he'd improve our squad.

He had an absolute shocker against Germany, honestly one of the worst performances I've seen at top level play. Haven't heard of him before the tournament so hope for his sake he recovers but defensively he was ridiculously bad and I'm not sure he managed to pass to a team-mate the entire match and that's not exaggerating much.

Kuba would be good for us.

I like the look of Ivan Rakitic too can do a job in the centre of the park and on both wings too, great vision and abundance of skill.

Elm doing nothing for me this tournament. Reminds me of Hendo when he plays on the right.

The one player who has impressed me was the Italian right-back, bags of pace and looked like he could defend too, can't remember his name right now!
