No, it opens Sunday 1st July. We are still able to agree deals though but it is still the Euro's after all so that will play a huge part in transfers this summer.

Other teams above us are strengthening as we speak and will continue to do so whilst we flounder around as per usual huffing and puffing trying to get players in.

How do you know he's not about to sign, or for that case, has already signed but LFC have chosen not to reveal the info yet?

If Sky Sports told me grass was green - I'd go out and check.

It would seem other club's are stealing the march on us in the transfer market as has been the case for some time now, with FSG's arrival we all hoped the tortoise march pre-season was a thing of the past but the hares are hinting it could still be the case.

Nine transfers involving money confirmed so far, three of those are for u-21s, Chelsea and Arsenal have made two each.  All these teams making signings and we've made none. 

I was waiting for this thread to appear, no doubt soon it will be followed by get rid of Rodgers ,FSG, Ian Ayre, George Sephton, the kit man etc.

Apart from transfers that'll have been agreed for a while I don't think anyone's being prolific yet. The CL chasers will follow that anyway and our manager hasn't even been in the job for a month yet so give the man and those who negotiate transfers a chance eh?

Probably have the players not involved in the Euros reporting back next week, those at the Euros may get an extra week ot two off.

Must be the worst glory hunters in the world then as the club hasn't really been full of glory for a while.

I think people are entitled to be a bit worried about the lack of transfer action within the club when they see rivals strengthen with quality players. People have seen us consistenly mess around with transfer and consistently mess up transfer over the years

Neither is jumping to ill informed conclusions. A lack of transfer activity before the transfer window has opened is to be expected. We can't control what other clubs do, all we can do is trust ours.

Put it this way, if you are aware the team needs strengthening, how much more so do the owners?
