      How reliable is that website?
      Jul 04, 2012 03:08:50 pm
A very good friend of mine here from Brazil and who is also a die hard LFC fan is going to football Mecca, Liverpool city, during the next EPL season, and is trying to get tickets for the matches against Manchester City (25.08.2012) and Arsenal (01.09.2012).

He found them on this website: www.liverpoolticketshop.com

But he's not sure about how reliable it is and if he can trust spending his money on it.

Has anyone ever used that website and could offer any kind of help?

If anyone knows of a different way for him to get the tickets that does not necessarily involve that website, both of us would be very grateful as well.

Any help would be truly and greatly appreciated!

Given the prices on there mate (£200 for the citeh match) he'd be better served going for hospitality straight from the club.

I may be wrong but it seems odd to me that anybody would have tickets on sale yet when you can't buy any through official channels.

I suppose it's possible that the website has been guaranteed a certain allocation for those games but I'd be suspicious, personally.

Why not contact the Club, explain where in Brazil and ask them what would be the best way to purchase tickets?

      Or, what I said.

Well, will say when I'm allowed to.

Am I allowed to say this?

      What JD and Danny said!

They'll just say join International members or purchase through the international line.

Stay well away is my opinion.

Would be a safer bet (but not much) trying to get one on the day but wouldnt hold much hope as they are big games you mention.
