Personally I would rather he sat on the bench with the reserves for the next two years than let him go out on loan again.

      Sale or no deal.

I agree and don't agree with this. The benefit to him going out on loan is that he might have a great season by his standards and increase interest in himself that would lead to a permanent move away and it did pretty much work last time he went out on loan, he just turned down Sunderland and QPR. But at the same time, there is no guarantee this would happen again or if it does then he might turn down the move again because he now thinks he would be able to challenge for us. Also we always seem to still pay most of the wages when players go out on loan so why should we pay for another team to potentially benefit from. Unless he scores winning goals against all the team we are competing with.

said he wasn't good enough when he signed.  continued to say it when he put in terrible performance after terrible performance.  said he was useless and we needed to get rid of him.  of course I got slaughtered.  "too negative, he's young," blah blah blah.

and lo and behold, I was right.

and not only is he a terrible footballer but he's got no respect for the club or himself, happy to sit around and do nothing for another season while we pay the wages we never should've given him in the first place---wages no one else will pay him because they know he's not worth it.

Think of all the money that was spent on him---his ridiculous fee, plus his wages---in the last few years.  And think of how that money could've been better spent.

It's just shocking, the way the club is run.

Give it a rest fella plenty said he was shi....te from the beginning and continued in that vein from there on so stop trying to paint yourself as some sort of fountain of football predictions. He's always been shi....te and your not the only bugger to think or say it.

nobody cares if you're right. nobody cares about being right or wrong. it's about supporting the players. do you really get a sense of self-satisfaction if a player fails at LFC, just because you called it? you shitstain.

Erm.  No.  What I care about, and what you should care about as well, is the continual wasting of the club's limited transfer funds on sh*te players.

THAT is what matters.  It's happened with Borini, Lovren, Lallana, Allen, the list goes on and on.  And we don't seem to learn the lesson.

If you don't think that is a problem then so be it.

I have nothing against the guy, we bought him and gave him a contract.

Rodgers 1st signing, and then played 38 games for us over 3 seasons. How many were from the kick off I wonder.

I can't remember if he has bad mouthed the club, snuck off to buy a phone mid training session, needed a mid winter break etc, etc, just wanted to play for the club.

Obviously not to the standard of Torres, or Suarez etc, but neither are a lot if our forwards, all of who have got games. I just don't know why Rodgers bought him, and did not play him. Not as if he did not know how he played, he worked with at 2 previous clubs.

Good lucjk to Fabio, he committed the heinous crime of wanting to stay and fight for his place. Probably wasn't ever good enough but never complained publicly or cause problems

Borini is just a transfer that didn't work. Nothing more, really, other than refusing to leave when Sunderland offered 14m last year.

Cant believe we still got estimated 10 million quid for this lad.

      All the best Fabio.

Never LFC quality, same as a good number we currently have in the side.

Not sure what his wages were but going on 75k a week he cost an extra £10m to warm the bench for a year rather than go there last year for £16m.

Well no he couldn't, because nobody offered £16mill, around 12 is more accurate and I think that was from QPR.

We have got basically £10mill back for him so for a guy that barely played for us, that's not too bad when you consider we paid around £10.8mill for him.

Sunderland bid £14 million last summer.

Don't need his kind at the club. Let us never sign an Italian again. Aquilani, Borini and Balo is a horrendous track record.
