Woohoo! Another medal guaranteed for Brazil, this time with Esquiva FalcĂŁo!

For a country that did not win a single medal since 1968, to have 2 already guaranteed is pretty nice! Hopefully they'll be more than bronze too!

Another one for you I think Diego!  I wasn't paying attention so missed his name but it looked like it was the men's middleweight QF.

Edit:  You got there before me!

Yes!!  Anthony Ogogo guarantees an Olympic medal!  Wins by 15-10!
Excellent fight the German lad was gutted he was well experienced but Anthony Ogogo was not impressed and completely outboxed him.

How on earth is Vjender not winning this?  Odd marking ???

He's out, the crowd don't like it and I'm no boxing expert, but that didn't look right to me.

Just been told that the decibel level during the Natasha Jonas-Katie Taylor fight was the highest of the Games so far, pipping the Velodrome

      That's a lot of noise!

Last contest of the night, China's Zhilei Zhang v GB's Anthony Joshua.  Olympic silver v World silver!  The crowd are up for this.  Good luck Anthony!

Conlan wins 22-18!  They were all square after the second round but that was a gutsy third round by the Irish lad!  Guaranteed bronze at least for Ireland!

Andrew Selby up next for GB against the Cuban Rameirez Carrazanna.

Selby's looking busy but the Cuban is bossing this one.  Come on Andrew, needs to overturn a five point deficit here.

Selby won the final round but Ramirez wins overall by 16-11.  The world number one is out, but Ramirez looks very classy.

The most successful Olympic boxing nation, USA, leave London 2012 without a single boxing medal.  That's a shocker!

Should have stated in the men's competition.  USA have just won a bronze in the women's 51kg event.

      Come on Nicola Adams!

Adams is through to the gold medal fight beating Mary Kom 11-6!
