So... Joe Allen played all 90 minutes last night in his friendly.  Nuri Sahin... didn't even get on the pitch.  So (assuming he signs), why not start him?  he's had just as many pre-season games as everyone else, and Rodgers started Suarez with only a few days of training with the squad.  Plus, it would be good to get him a competitive match before the game against City.  I say we play him.  Allen can come on in the second half.

I'm proper buzzing now, got a real feel good factor about us at the minute and its not because we've unveiled marquee signings either, juts expecting us to play some nice football under Rodgers, sure we'll have some teething problems but overall I think we'll do well, starting by beating West Brom.

I go from thinking if this works it could be a really great season then I start thinking we have signed one player with Prem experience and he has only one season.
A good start tomorrow is essential as we face our hardest 5 games since the prem began.Sink or swim Brendan.

Quick question: I am going to miss this match and I want to watch it without any spoilers. i have just joined LFCTV online. What time will they post the full 90 minutes after the game? or do they do that at all. I can't record the game either.
