That was awful, remember spurs playing these with a reserve team last season and pissing all over them. Our squad options are very weak.

Other than Sterling the rest have being mediocre.

If we are not active getting attacking reinforcements in the next 8 days it is going to be a very long season.

Coates must be F***ing sh*te in training as well

      Okay.

Woukd love to see Morgan in the second half.
      Borini has been average.

I guess with the possession stuff, whats missing is positive play and not keeping possession for the sake of it. We have difficulity in penetrating the opponents and dont take our chances when we eventually do.

Sorry to say because I love the man, but Carra is on his last legs. A little bit of a liability.

We need to pass the ball so much quicker.

It's not a coincidence that our best moments have come from Sterling when he tries to inject some pace into our game. He's got raw pace but he also wants to do things quickly, whether that be a lay off, run or shot.

Emphasis. That's the weakness right now, but players are not available. It's a work in progress, some bright spots and some poor ones.

Sterling is brilliant for his age. Borini should have scored but keep work hard.

I would like to see Morgan on! Come on reds YNWA

Hendo, Sterling, and Kelly have all been great. Robinson's been decent, think he will be a great LB for us in the near future.

And it will send out the wrong message. Play sh*t week after week and stay in...come in and do more in 45 minutes than your competition has done in 12 months and get left out for the next game!

Move Hendo to midfield and bring Allen  & Morgan in, Adam/Spearing out.

         Hendo  Allen  Shelvey

      Borini   Morgan   Sterling

How is the formation? Hendo or Shelvey on the right?
      looks like this to me...
      Spearing Shelvey Adam
      Henderon Borini Sterling

looks more like this to me tbh

      Spearing Adam
      Hendo Shelvey Sterling
      Borini

That's spot on and unfortunately the way it is. Downing doesn't deserve to play but undoubtedly will against Citeh.

'work in progress ' , beginning to wonder if we are in progress ! Tika taka or whatever you call it , is all very well , but sometimes Pepe just needs to launch the ball up field  rather than pass it out and we lose possession!
Just finding us really frustrating to watch. Sterling deserves a start inthe 1st team !

Have we kept possession when he's had to launch it?  Can't remember many times we have to be honest.
