Add one more to the list of players I would excuse for today's performance: Jonjo Shelvey.

That makes 3 players... Allen, Shelvey and Sterling.

The rest should be embarrassed.

And so should the Anfield crowd.

Shelvey done very well since he's been on, pushing for a first team place

Jonjo to take Gerrard's place in the starting line-up?

The blame game has already started, on the pitch sadly, anytime somebody does somthing wrong, there blaming other people, so I expect this thread to be full of "them" really soon.
Bad day at the office today, nothing I can really see, or say on a plus note, team wise, Allan again, solid worked his boots off same as Sterling, just nothing going on around them to make anything positive.

I kind of miss Adam. You know why? Because he's not afraid to have a pop at goal and always looks to attack.

Suarez is getting on my nerves today... trying too much the impossible one-twos in the middle of a hundread defenders, and just dont stop complaining with the ref... concentrate in playing football Luis, you're capable of so much better

It's more than a striker missing today though - we've been completely and utterly outplayed since about 20 mins

Can't really blame them. The players had a responsibility to cheer them up after what happened on Friday. As long as they don't boo and stand by the team, it is fine.
