Remi Gaillard (spelling might not be correct, cbf alt-tabbing to check it) is the guy's name.  He's a hardcore Montpellier fan and always does crazy stunts like this (he's snuck into a team photo before, annoyed people by driving around in a mario kart on the streets etc.), he's very funny.  I get the impression he's just one of those dudes who is stupidly talented at anything even remotely athletic (I'm so jealous of people like that, wish I was one of those peeps).  Also, that 1 year old kid signed a 10 year contract at a Dutch club (Venlo maybe?), but don't take my word for it, it was either Bier or Dexter who told me about it and they mentioned that the particular club has a habit of doing promotions like this to raise their profile etc.

edit: I'm sure you could confirm either of these points by actually clicking on the links (or a wiki search), probably top youtube comment or something.
