I'm worried about tonight's game.

Hope Suarez gets through tonight. Know we didn't have the luxury of resting him against Reading after his international travels but thought he might of got a bit of rest for the Derby and we might of give Yesil or Morgan a sniff.

Hope he doesn't get injured, well paid athlete or not, the lads human like the rest of us.

Kinda worried about the midfield. I would assume Stevie is playing the holding spot with Sahin helping. Against a team like Anzhi I don't know about that. I am worried they will counter attack us to death. I wish we had started Henderson instead of either Stevie or Sahin that way we have someone who can support the back line a little bit better.

Also would have like to see Coates paired with Agger. Coates would be our best option to mark Traore and I think has been pretty good this season minus a couple of mistakes.

Agree - its certainly not going to be as easy as suggested. These guys are top of the Russian League and Eto'o could win this on his own

Kind of have to agree.  I don't get what the point is of this at all.  Do we care about the Europa League?  last time we played Luis and Stevie on a Thursday before a Sunday league match they were both awful.  And we've got the bitters coming up who are on a hot streak.  At Goodison.

And we lost, to Fulham, at Anfield.  In the league.  Are you sure that lineup said "we want to win every game"?

me too, he is much more efficient there and is more at ease IMO
Gerrard should play as AM and Shelvey & Sahin a bit deeper to control the game.

Good strong team selection. Would have had allen in with stevie further up but apart from that this is the team i would have picked!!!

3 points hopefully and we will be looking good for european football in the new year!

Not a real fan of playing such a strong squad, would of like to see the likes of Hendo, Enrique, Coates and Pacheco get some minutes but I guess BR thinks this match is really important towards qualifying for the knockout stage (which it is).

Difficult game tonight. We need a win to up the confidence. Come on Reds. We are capable to win!

Not too thrilled that we are playing such a strong team tonight, but on the bright side a win tonight will be a boost ahead of Sunday, and if we then lose on Sunday we can always blame it on the players being tired

They know sweet fa about football and even less about Liverpool FC.  We exist to win trophies.

We exist to be the best.  Most of the time that and winning trophies is synonymous, but not all the time.

Ask any player if they would rather have 10 Carling Cups or 2 Champions League trophies.  I think you know the answer to that already.

Very strong team and while it's great to see the boss being so positive I hope it doesn't back fire.
