Indeed but we must some folk just need to troll to be 'heard'; much in the same way a toddler misbehaves to get attention.  Personally I'd always much prefer to ridicule our opponent's players on days like this and let's face it the blueshite have some pish-poor 'footballers' in their midst.

We are better than this shower in every position and we'll show it today.

Not according to the footballing font of knowledge that is lawro! Did you see him on MOTD last night? he looks like his missus has left him, either that or the BBC have an equality policy for employing a percentage of vagrants. Scuffy c**t.

Would've liked Assaidi in there but that's a winning side right there. ;D

Brad has to play for me. Rodgers says that nobody gets picked on name alone so to throw Pepe straight back in when Brad had done nothing wrong would send out totally the wrong message to the rest of the squad.

Happy with that team selection. However I do feel that Assaidi is a little unlucky to be left out!

Lets get into them from the off and play our football!!

Hopefully Enrique can carry on the good performances in place of Johnson.

Really nervous about this one, been to the toilet about 21 times already! 2-1 I think... Agger to score first, Jelavic to equalize and Suarez to get a late winner.

edit: Just noticed, 21 times on toilet, 2-1 score.... ITS A SIGN!! :D

No Yesil - which is strange... If Suarez goes off, we have no natural replacement - which is a very strange move!

I thought Fellaini was injured... Interesting - he is one we need to keep an eye on.

Hopefully the guys will realise that he places the ball off his chest most times he receives it - so get close to him. If we can silence him they will have nothing... Well that's my 2 pence!

      Come on you mighty Reds..!

Gerrard has done nothing but earn his wages over the last 14 years.  Embarrassing to put him in the 'earn your wages' bracket. As for Enrique and Suarez its more of a case of just do your jobs and that is defend properly and put the ball in the net respectively!

That's your opinion - I don't find it embarrassing at all.  Mine is that he has played poorly for about 18 months and it's time for him to pull his finger out.  Nobody deserves to live on their past glory or be immune from criticism because of what they did in the past.

I expect him to remind us all why he is Liverpool's captain today.

Great team being put out. Slightly surprised Enrique is their, opposed to Johnson but I am guessing Johno is injured. Fair play to Bfrendan for keeping the in-form Brad Jones in the team.

Aye, said the same before. He's playing well below par and he'll know that himself. I expect a completely different game from him today, hopefully a measured and intelligent one. Everyone who pulls on the shirt should give their all every single match, Captain especially should lead the team by example.
