Best ever GTA game with a soundtrack that has yet to be beaten at any point in the last 10 years

Rumoured to be an iPhone/android release to mark the occasion

I know San Andreas was a good game. But Vice city nailed the 80's.

Played it to death. Soundtrack was amazing and I would often just aimlessly drive around listening to the music. Can't believe it's been 10 years.

Wow. 10 years. What a game this was, IMO San Andreas bettered it slightly due to the sheer size of it, but I agree the soundtrack in this was much better than anything before or since it.

San Andreas will forever be my favourite but Vice City certainly ran it a close second.

Would love to play it now.

Couldnt agree more, classic game, with a classic soundtrack. Used to steal a car, and drive aimlessly myself waiting for one perticular tune, just to make my driving to nowhere in perticular complete....

Really hope they do another 80's one, I know it sounds strange considering that one was almost perfect, but it would be nice to have another one, and if they do, they better have that song included

this was my favorite GTA.

the 10 year edition of GTAIII they put out on android and iphone is fantastic. controls are great. can't wait for this to come out on mobile.

Loved both Vice City and San Andreas.

I'm all over this as soon as it's released for Android, as I've just completed the last one.

I never had this one I was too busy still playing GTA3, and when I got sick of that San Andreas came out. Only played it a small bit.

Vice City - basically Grand Theft Scarface..! Truly brilliant game - played this to death so many times!

Had a replay of this for fun and it is. I know it's basically mini-games and repetitive side games, but they aren't the point, it's the story that they are hung on that make this great.  The little distractions, the in-jokes and obvious parodies.  I'm not sure it's meant to be one, but the Assassination missions triggered by Leo the chef's phone, the voice doesn't half sound like Pete Postlethwaite / Mr. Kobayashi from The Usual Suspects.

For me Vice City is the top GTA game of all time. Does anyone remember the first games from a birds-eye view? Classic stuff. Vice City is now downloadable from PSN, i downloaded it the other day but haven't had chance to play it yet.

DOS Game: Grand Theft Auto - London 1969

Just recently re-played Vice City, cracking fun.  On to San Andreas now, collecting some weapons from Helena Wankstein's barn earlier and when I'm came out, ka-boom, I'm almost wasted by a crashing plane.  Never seen that before, but apparently, it isn't uncommon.
