Sorry, am I missing something? Did Skrtel get injured against Anzhi? If I am honest, I have a slight worry about Carra. Against Anzhi, he seemed a bit over-weight, maybe that is just my opinion. Whilst I am being honest, I am not feeling too optimistic about the game. They are such a strong talented team. We will have our work cut out.

Remember last year with the 4-1, he had a field day on Terry and Ivanovic. Azpilicueta is average at defending at best. Bertrand is decent, but nowhere near Cole's class. Mikel we can get at. Same with Torres.

Hmmm not sure what to think of Carragher in the side ahead of Coates. We'll have to keep an eye out on that.

I think Cole is there for 2 reasons...

Old club, something to prove and Jonjo has been very fiesty in these games (prone to a card or two). I think this may be a way to calm him down by not letting him play. Big decisio as he is oe of the few that gets in the box.

Would certainly sit better with me, hope it is only minor. Picking Cole ahead of Shelvey I just couldn't understand, this would explain it of course.
