Easily the strongest 11 we could field, great to see Lucas back in the team should be able to see the real potential of Joe Allen by playing further forward. No excuses today anything else than a win is unthinkable and the fans deserve a Stella performance to go with it!

Looked good for the ressies a couple of weeks ago (or whenever it was) so hoping he is fit and well enough for this. Saints aren't a physical side though, which should help.

I'm going to be looking for Allen to be much further up the pitch, but getting back to support Lucas when needed.

It's simply wrong how nervous I am for this game, we have to get 3 points, anything else will see this place explode. Anything, 1 - 0 in off a pigeon, I don't care just get the points in the bag.

Totally agree, I honestly think it's too quick to bring him back for a full game. Hope we got 3 - 0 up and can bring him off, we cannot afford for him to be gambled with.

Very true. Remember watching the FL show last season when he was in goal against Blackpool and he made a fair few howlers in that one too, and then of course in midweek.
