He was looking at the league, but he got that wrong too because it is 65 in 270 not 240.

Think they’re just short for their quotas being honest.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't transfers during a World Cup  summer a tad bit more tricky not only because of players traveling and their national team managers not wanting them distracted, but they also don't have a full summer to get with  the rest of the squad and depending on how far their team goes, they may not even make it back in time for a full pre-season?

I know it's hard to get deals done in January (wink, wink) but you'd think we'd be going all out now so that this summer would be reasonably quiet.

Oblak and Pulisic arent traveling to Russia. Lemar and Alisson will. If the interest in a player is serious, all parties concerned will look at concluding the deal before they depart.

I believe we'll move quickly to sign Alisson at least!
