I don’t understand the need some people have try and defend the owners. Just like Jürgen they are big boys. They can defend themselves if need be. It’s ok for people to question their motives and commitment.

Or we will stand around waiting for the move to happen as if by magic whilst Chelsea, City or someone else gets the deal wrapped up before the World Cup has even started...So probably City in that case actually, given how quick they look to get their business done now.

I'm trying not to get too excited in case it doesn't happen, but if it does, I'll be counting the days until the start of the season! He looks absolutely amazing, the type of player that would blend in really well with our other attacking players - fast thinking, technically great, extremely capable in quick transitions... he makes a lot of sense and I don't even care what position he would play, the more quality players in the squad the better.

Good isn't it. Then you also don't get the snakes like Coutinho putting in a transfer request on the eve of the season starting and then completely disrupting near on the first month of our season to try and force a move.

Mate, I said not convinced with the links.. didn't say not convinced with the player! And why should the names be necessarily exciting?! Pretty sure our last summer's purchases didnt "excite" us but look how they have turned out!

I think Salah would be backup for Firmino, and Pulisic (or whatever winger we get) would move into Salah's RW spot.

Pulisic could play on either side of the striker or as a number 8....over time he could probably be turned into a Firmino but honestly the fluidity of our front 3 it's hard to tell where Bobby plays or where they all play to be fair.

Genuine question.  How much do you think Jamie Vardy would cost?
