Not sure it is, no doubt he will improve Rangers attack as they are sh*te but it’s a piss poor league and he would be better off going to a Championship Team.

He will be under the managerial eye of a Liverpool idol.

He will be playing with and for fellas he already knows.

I think it’s a great loan.....but I do think that in the last two yrs of preseason games that he has shown he could be an option for us at LFC off the bench.

This is just my opinion but Kent is far better than the Scottish League, if it wasn't Stevie at Rangers there's no chance he'd have gone.

Days later, Virgil van Dijk would become the world's most expensive defender for £75million.

Fabinho would follow this summer in a £39.3million move, before Alisson's £65million deal was confirmed on Thursday night.

Playing in front of 50000 at home, and a chance at playing in the Europa League.  He struggled in Championship last season so maybe this is a good step.

Had a very good window so far but with the Ox injury and the breakdown of the Fekir deal I feel like we're still one short in there. Someone who can play as an attacking midfielder and do a job out wide as well. Not entirely convinced at centre back either but it's unrealistic to be expecting so many additions in one summer, especially when it doesn't look like we'll be selling any high value players.

Also going to be interesting to see who Klopp goes with as his attacking reserve this season - got a lot of bodies up there at the moment.

Haven't heard anything suggesting Moreno is leaving. Seems one of the more popular players among the playing staff. I was as critical of him as anyone after the Europa League final vs. Seville, but he has gotten better over the past couple of years, and I think he's pretty adequate as a backup for Robbo. If he's happy to stay in that role, no reason to move him.

I know. It's crazy how they can buy him for 1.8 mil and apparently receive an offer of 16 mil for him two years later after being so ordinary. Might he improve considerably down the track? Sure. But glad we're not considering him for cover. Rather keep the loose cannon we know haha.

Martial would have to become incredibly toxic for the club to accept anything less than 60 mil. But yes, a club does not have to accept a similar fee from a third club. Sure, it may piss off the player involved, but there is no obligation.

My question was intended more like this;

Does a player have an avenue to contest their club rejecting an equal bid from another club to a higher authority and would they win their appeal?

I would imagine so if the player pushed it because it would be deemed as restriction of trade
