I remember SMS coming up in rumors a couple years ago though i am far from an expert about his game, but the dude is BIG. At the least would help in aerial battles in the midfield as well as attacking/defending set pieces. However, we have plenty of numbers in the middle so if he were to come i imagine that means the end for Keita and/or Ox.

Savic is a super player. Brilliant close ball control similar to Gini actually, but a better passer and can belt them in with both feet.

Lazio will want big money but he's as good a CM as you'll find.

Yea, noticed that.....looks like his release clause has lapsed though so he could become quite expensive. Probably out of our league unless we sell a few.

If we're after a midfielder I really like Milinkovic-Savic, and also Barella at Inter. Not quite as sure about Barella as he strikes me as more technical than athletic, and our CMs get through a lot of tiring work during a game.

Savic looks to me like the perfect player for the '8' in our usual system.

Cudicini was very solid for a good few years.
