After reading believe us, I have a new look on our transfer strategy and FSG as a whole. I truly believe Klopp trust them. The deals they have made (and not made) have worked out. Edward's is truly a genius, and our analytical system helps us make good moves for less money. The proof is in the pudding.

I'm not interested. I would much rather we use that 20mil towards another transfer than bring him back. The guy has been out of it for 3 seasons now. There's no guarantee bringing him back would jumpstart him and even less bring him back to the level he was when he left.

This is is thriving me. xxx reports that Zaha wants out and CP would listen to 35 Mio. offers. I'd take Zaha for that price. He's the real deal, top athletic ability, strong body and PL experienced. If LFc doesn't want to spend money throw Shaq/Origi/Wilson at them to lower the price. Zaha is the best we can realistically hope to get while Mbappe or Haaland are just wet dreams.

I suspect the only real money transfer we will see will be to replace Gino. Lots of reports still linking us with either Renato Sanches or Otavio. I still think it may be Bassouma at Brighton myself.

I'm not sure we will spend on a forward, i think Harvey Elliott will be given a chance to show he can be a first team squad player this season and despite his severe drop in form last season i think Klopp will stick with Mane. Also, i think Curtis Jones will push more time this season.

Camavinga would be a great signing surely must be looking at him decent price as well .

I'd be happy with Renato Sanchez, but if Grealish goes for 100M then Lille will be holding out for 60M+ for Renato. 

Another player who may be worth a look is Lucas Paqueta.  He's just had a very good league season and is putting in some good performances for Brazil.  Imagine he'll be in that 40M - 60M bracket as well though....

Weren't the 3 years in the middle when he was at Bayern and he couldn't get a game because of the quality of the senior CMs?  And the 14/15 campaign he would have been like 16 years old.  I honestly don't know if he has a bad injury record, but I don't think it's possible to draw that conclusion just from this info.

Played 40 league games in past two seasons not sure about Bayern maybe it was because of competition but pretty sure the facts back up he has had injury issues so gamble for me especially if fee high

Gotcha.  Then I would tend to agree -- we need to be reducing the number of injury prone players in our roster, not giving them increased competition for a place in the treatment room....
