General LFC Transfer rumours/gossip thread

We need to worry about which main players will refuse to sign. In other words, we need to worry about things that may not even happen, things that are beyond our own control and problems that need to be solved that is beyond our job responsibility and our pay grade.

If you determine that all these are unnecessary, then why bother worrying? It’s not as if we are paid by the club to resolve this issue.

Think he is a superb player - excellent on the ball and surrounded by better players would flourish

I agree about his ability. Watched him quite a few times this season. But crikey, I find myself waiting for him to go to ground. He was through down the wing 5 mins ago (England Match) but decided to go down. Much would have preferred him to use his position.

If you touched Jack grealish with a barge pole he would be out for 6 months. Don't really rate him at all.

I like Tielemans from Leicester, think he'd be perfect for us, Raphinha at Leeds another good fit , plenty young players around that would suit us ,Jürgen will of course bring in who he feels we need.

I'd prefer this kind of players over Bissouma. We really need creativity in this midfield. That's why, Coutinho back would make sense, although I suspect it's not realistic.

Tielemans is ver good but I don't think he's much much better than Wijnaldum, a bit more offensively oriented but technically, I think Wijnaldum is better. My issue with the latter was that Klopp turned him into a box-to-box player but then he brought almost nothing forward, which is a shame. I would fear the same with Tielemans.

Tomorrow Edwards could go and rob someone to pay a high price on Origi and Woodburn and turn around and use that money to get Neuhaus, for example, and instead of being excited about getting a great player for the present and future, they will take out their calculators and see what the total net spend was and go to the FSG thread and complain about it.

It is the single most petty, dumb thing on this board. Only net spend matters, nothing else.
