Bossed the first half, though only Suarez really stood out to me. Everyone else was good but not outstanding (in my opinion)

Second half, QPR attacked us a bit more and showed our frailties are still there as we still looked edgy at the back at times. Substitutions didn't really change the game either.

But all in all we were so good in the first half that we allowed ourselves to be just about ok in the second.

Good way to end what has been a F***ing sh*t year in the League though. And now hopefully it'll be the springboard to a successful 2013.

      Happy Red tonight!!!

It's a good result. We have one forward. Imagine if we had got van persie or the like. If we can get Borini back and Sturridge in we might do alright in the second half

So let me get this straight, the gaffer picks the team and tactics for the first half, and we steam roller the home team 3-0, then Pascoe makes notes and sends them to Mike Marsh at half time, and we draw 0-0 and look a little 'off' doing so :lmao:

3-0 against relegation fodder is the result we all expected.

Not going to blow smoke up their arse.  This was the kind of business we should be expecting as a minimum.

Good goals Luis, and a cracking header Danny.

Good call, forgot about that, it was a great header from Agger

Carra was telling Mike Marsh to get him put on, he wanted his appearance to draw level with Billy Liddell for league appearances. :D

Really good result, I was nervous but the lads broke Qpr's will with the early goals. Thank god for Suarez, it was another example of get the ball to him and let him do what he wants. Looks like Brendan might just have something about him as the play was a lot more direct, passing quicker and the ball was moved forward with urgency today.

I think we are going to miss Enriques power and pace down the left, for me our second best player this season, and he's been linking up really well with Suarez. Allen was still fairly pedestrian and although his passing stats may be good, his range of passing, overall, is limited. The rest of the players did what I would expect from them.

Really pleased with result and clean sheet, but lets by fair QPR were piss poor thought Johnson did well, Allen and Henderson steady.
Gerrard had a good game, Suarez perfection no protection off Ref though.
Onward and upward lets beat Sunderland and have a real go for top 4.

Missed the entire game but sounds like we took care of business like we should have against a lesser side. Glad to end the year on a high note, now to start the new year just as well. Anyone have a link to our goals?

Can we hire that commentator to do all our games? Couldn't understand a single word apart from 'Suarez' and 'Skrtel', but what passion. I'd pay to listen to just him! :D

I know what you mean. I loved his reaction to Luis' first goal; it reminded me of South American commentators.

Thanks mate! Wow that first goal by Suarez was absolutely class.

      No worries.  :)

Yeah, that first goal was a bit special. He made it look so simple.

Off down the club to watch this. Come on you Red Men, a win is must today. Going for a 0-3 win  :kop5cf8koxp6:
Got the result right, but we should have killed them off, we have got to be more ruthless and not stand back and think we have won this!

Agree with a lot of you on here, beat them as we shouldve. Didn't even have to play that well to do it. They were awful, especially that first half. Mbia had probably the worst game I've seen from any player for or against Liverpool this season, well done mate.

On to 2013, onwards and upwards. Transfer market and need 3 against Sunderland. Happy new year everybody
